PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a recording medium for calculating weight of adaptive array antenna in which computational quantity for weight calculation is remarkably reduced. SOLUTION: A weight calculator 310 inputs Nele pieces of reference S/N DNe and Nele pieces of complex impulse responses he (k) and first of all, Nele×Nele -th order matrixes N and H are calculated. When each of elements on (p) row and (q) columns of the square matrix N is expressed as N(p, q), the diagonal component of N is calculated by using N(e, e)=1/DNe and the other component is made into '0'. Besides, the element of H is calculated by an equality (1). In this case, Hp * presents the complex conjugate of Hp . Further, the Nele×Nele -th order matrix Rxx of Rxx =H+N is calculated and when the element of an e-th row is expressed as Rxd (e), target weight We (e=1, 2,..., Nele ) is calculated by using Rxx and Rxd .
