PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic music composing program which adds a function of meeting a user's interest in playing. SOLUTION: An installation program is actuated to install the automatic music composing program. When the user indicates the installation of an automatic music composing function, all application software which is already installed in the system is retrieved to extract and lists software in which the automatic music composing function can be installed on a display device. Then the user is made to select and specify desired application software where the function is to be installed from the displayed application software and the automatic music composing function is installed in the selected and specified application software. Further, when the user specifies the installation of the automatic music composing function in the menu of the operating system, the automatic music composing function is installed in the operating system. |
