PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate making method producing no development scum even in long-term running when a planographic printing plate is made, capable of imparting a satisfactory plate surface protecting property and capable of making a planographic printing plate less liable to scuffing or staining and excellent in ink receptivity. SOLUTION: In the method for making a planographic printing plate, a photopolymerizable photosensitive planographic printing plate obtained by disposing a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer comprising a compound having an addition polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond, a titanocene photopolymerization initiator and a coloring pigment on a support is exposed and developed with a developing solution containing soybean polysaccharide. |
