<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solar battery structure which is used for obtaining a current more effectively in the case using microcrystal silicon based material. SOLUTION: In the laminated solar battery device in which an amorphous silicon based solar battery cell and a microcrystal silicon based solar battery cell are laminated, the lamination order of an active layer which contributes to power generation is constituted of an amorphous silicon based layer 3, a microcrystal silicon germanium layer 4 and a microcrystal silicon layer 5, starting from the light incidence side. The forbidden band width of the microcrystal silicon germanium layer 4 is smaller than that of the microcrystal silicon layer 5.</p> |
