PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system the waterproof of a joint of which between a lead wire connected to a voice coil and a lead wire of an audio device is enhanced and which can be installed to a vehicle door at a low cost while complying with the difference of the thickness and the shape or the like of the vehicle door. SOLUTION: A holder 12 supporting a speaker unit 1 is provided to the circumferential part of the speaker unit 1, a mount 12b is provided to the holder 12 to be fitted to the vehicle door, a lead wire 10 connected to the voice coil 5 of the speaker unit 1 is led out from the inside of the holder 12 and connected to the lead wire 15 of the audio device.
