PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house monitor communication system, capable of cancelling an alarm mode of a dwelling house information board of each house, without installing a crime prevention key switch. SOLUTION: A lobby interphone 1 requests an alarm-monitor board 2 to verify a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to cancel an alarm setting. The board 2 transfers the request for PIN verification from the interphone 1 to a dwelling house information board 3. The board 3 conducts verification of the PIN, according to the PIN verification request transferred from the board 2 and notifies the board 2 of a verifying result. The alarm mode in execution is cancelled, on the basis of an alarm setting cancelling request from the board 2 which has received the notification.
