PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a circuit board inside of a casing without using machine screws in an electronic appliance constituted by installing at least one circuit board loaded with a plurality of electrical components inside the casing. SOLUTION: In this electronic appliance, a switch component 33 equipped on a first circuit board 20 is engaged with a switch through-hole 16 formed on a lower case 12, a first terminal member 36 is engaged with a terminal member holding part 17 formed on the lower case 12, and the first circuit board 20 is fixed inside the lower case 12 by the engagement. Also, a jack 31 equipped on a second circuit board 21 is engaged with a jack through-hole 15 formed on the lower case 12, a second terminal member 36 is engaged with the terminal member holding part 18 formed on the lower case 12, and the second circuit board 21 is fixed inside the lower case 12 by the engagement.
