PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective structure in down-sizing of a shape of CRT socket by simplifying a high voltage discharging gap constitution of the CRT socket for a CRT having plural focus means. SOLUTION: In the CRT socket for connecting a cathode-ray tube having plural focus means, an electrode A for the high voltage discharging gap is installed at a focus contact to be connected with one focus pin of the cathode- ray tube, and an electrode B of the earth connection side is installed opposing to this, and a low voltage discharging gap part is installed between other focus contacts to be connected with other focus pins and the one focus contact.
