PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged member, capable of preventing the occurrence of noise in a formation process of an electrostatic latent image as much as possible, of hardly adhering to a photoreceptor, of being small in friction, superior in durability, without producing toner adhesion further and is capable of surely obtaining proper images. SOLUTION: The charged member contacted on a body to be charged and charging the body to be charged, by applying voltage with the body to be charged, is provided with an elastic layer and at least one layer of a resin layer formed on the elastic layer, and the uppermost resin layer contacted on the body to be charged is formed by a resin material, containing acryl resin of 50 wt.% or higher and a polysiloxane component of 50 wt.% or lower.
