<p>The valve (14) is a sluice gate type with shutter having rod (17) and obturating head (18). Its displacement between opening and closing positions is caused by movement of a piston (21) controlled by actuator (23). The rod and that of the piston and actuator are connected by a coupling (24). The coupling has sensibly cylindrical lower part (25) extending from a sensibly conic upper part (26). The opening (38) giving access to the interior location (30) is formed at the level of the coupling. Closing part for an emptying valve (14) fitted to a container, such as a chemical reactor (1) a tank or column. The closing part (16) is movable between an open position and a closing position of the valve and has an interior location (30) designed to contain a probe or sensor (27) for a measuring or sensing device. It has an opening (38) situated in an accessible of the closing part when the latter is in a usable position in the valve, giving access to its interior location and allowing insertion or extraction of the probe or sensor (27) without prior disassembly of the valve or of the closing part and without affecting the valve seal.</p> |
