PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of driving a bar-like member, in a simple structure without using electromagnetic motor or the like. SOLUTION: A drive body 1, using a bimorph piezoelectric element, is mounted onto a rotary shaft 2. The shaft is rotatably supported by a holder 12 of a bearing. A leaf spring 13 is mounted to the top end part of the holder 12. The leaf spring 13 is elastically in contact with a top end part of the rotary shaft 2, and imparts rotation resistance against the rotary shaft 2 by friction force, when the rotary shaft 2 is rotated. A driver impresses a voltage, having a saw-tooth shaped waveform to the driving body 1 through wiring passing in the hollow rotary shaft 2. The drive body is vibrated to the right and left by the saw-tooth shaped voltage, and rotatingly driven in a predetermined direction on the rotary shaft 1, due to the differences in inertia forces caused by a difference of displacement speeds. |
