PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional video image recording and reproducing device capable of supplying a three-dimensional video signal with high image quality to a three-dimensional display device with a required number of view points in spite of a small device scale. SOLUTION: A video image reduction composite circuit 102 reduces a plurality of video signals inputted from a plurality of view points by input cameras 101 to a value of (1/the number of view points), which a recording and reproducing circuit 103 records. Further, a video image magnification division circuit 104 magnifies a video signal reproduced by the recording and reproducing circuit 103, divides the magnified signal into a plurality of signals and provides an output of a plurality of video signals.
