MULTI-USER DETECTION METHOD AND MULTI-USER RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-user detection method for MC (multi-carrier)-CDMA receivers. SOLUTION: Frequency components are subjected to a first filtering (510) matched to the respective signatures of a second plurality of users and to the common or respective responses of the transmission channels associated to communication to and from the users. The output of the first filtering is subjected to a forward filtering (520), followed by an estimation (520) of symbols transmitted to or from the users. The estimated symbol is subjected to a backward filtering (550), and the output of the backward filtering is subtracted (530) from the output of the forward filtering prior to the estimation.
