摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To view an entire program even in the case that only a part of the program of high-vision broadcasting can be viewed for some reasons, to increase opportunities of viewing a rebroadcasting program and to improve convenience of a viewer by utilizing a data broadcasting part of the high-vision broadcasting as a service regarding recording of distributed video images. SOLUTION: The high-vision broadcasting and data broadcasting are multiplexed and data of the same contents as the high-vision broadcasting program for the data broadcasting of low image quality are repeatedly distributed seueral times during data distribution for the high-vision broadcasting program.
