PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet capable of realizing ornamental design of a gradation type such as a high-quality rainbow pattern and a stripe patten with excellent appearance and to provide a manufacturing method capable of simply manufacturing it at a low cost. SOLUTION: This key sheet 11 is provided with a resin key top body 12 and a translucent resin film 13. At least part of the resin film 13 is curved into nearly the same shape as and integrated with the upper surface 12a side of the key top body 12. After a synthetic resin layer 15 in a half-set state is formed on the resin film 13 by applying transparent or translucent ink and a metal thin film layer 16 is formed on the resin layer 15, the resin layer 15 is completely set. The material constituting the resin layer 15 is preferably polyacryl/melamine/isocyanate-based ink.
