PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method allowing quantitative and not subjective evaluation of a qualitative index for engineer productivity. SOLUTION: A theme qualitatively set as an engineer productivity index, a target conversion amount of money or conversion value set for the theme, evaluation at specific stages periodically performed for the theme, and a coefficient set for each stage of evaluation are used as data. A stage of evaluation is input to a computer when evaluation is performed for the theme, thereby determines and stores the product of the coefficient corresponding to the stage of evaluation and the target conversion amount of money or conversion value. |
