PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of the current operation position of an operation device used for an electronic musical instrument or audio equipment, or other various arbitrary equipment or devices. SOLUTION: When the operation element is set at a specific reference position, an index is displayed in specific display form. As the operation position of the operation element moves away from the reference position, the display form of the index gradually change from the specific display form to a different display form according to the deviation of the current operation position of the operation element from the reference position. Consequently, the display form of the index is viewed to immediately know where the current operation position of the operation element is. |
