PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which automatically heats and cooks full-scale seasoned boiled-food without failures such as break by boiling and insufficient seasoning. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with a pan 2 to house cooked materials, a super-heating coil 3 to heat the pan 2, a sensor 4 to detect temperature of cooked materials via the pan 2, and a control means 7 to control supply-current to the heating coil 3, and the break by the boiling is prevented by means of reducing the temperature of the cooked materials after boiling, and at the same time the seasoning is made to be well permeated, and the temperature is again elevated at the prescribed one, thereby the cooking is automatically carried out by the boiling with a superior taste and without the break by the boiling. |
