PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline dry battery of which the heavy load discharging characteristic and intermediate load discharging characteristic are superior, and in which the deterioration of a light load discharging characteristic is suppressed. SOLUTION: The alkaline dry battery has a negative electrode, an alkaline electrolyte, and a positive electrode containing manganese oxide and graphite powder, wherein Ti(SO4 )2 is added to the positive electrode. |
