PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a user cannot carry out transactions without a credit card or a cash card and that a ticket issued for passing an automatic ticket gate is easily lost. SOLUTION: An exclusive ROM 5 in Fig. 1 is provided with a read-only memory for storing individual fingerprint information indicating a fingerprint which is unique to an individual or individual identification information stored in a cash card or a credit card. Also, an exclusive RAM 6 is provided with an exclusive memory which can be read and rewritten for storage as electronic data, information about tickets issued at railroad stations, airports or bus terminals for riding or information about entering ticket to movie theaters, concerts or sports events.
