PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method of an electrode pattern of a ultra-fine white and black double layered structure made of black and white types of photosensitive pastes, where a bus electrode pattern of a double layered structure formed on a front substrate of PDP have sufficiently high resolution, adhesion, conductivity and blackness after firing. SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of printing and successively drying a black type of photosensitive paste on a substrate, printing and drying a white type of photosensitive conductive paste, and treating the pastes with processes of exposing, developing and baking to form a white and black double layered electrode pattern. The method uses the composition containing no inorganic binder as a black type of photosensitive paste. |
