PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver, and reproduce and display digital contents such as an advertisement by the medium of a moving body such as a vehicle. SOLUTION: A content delivery system has the moving body equipped with a content reception and display device, an advertiser who posts digital contents on the moving body, and a content delivery site connected to the Internet to store and manage the contents and deliver them to the moving body via a radio communication network. The content reception and display device has a position detecting means for using a position information detecting service to output current position information, among other means. The site has a means for managing setting of delivery conditions about the contents from the advertiser including a delivery target area, a period and a time zone, among other means. The content reception and display device transmits the position information, moving body information and the like to the site at given timing. The site receives the position information and the like, and selects delivery contents according to the position information and the like and to the delivery conditions, current time information and the like to deliver and display the selection. |
