<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lot management device capable of easily preparing lot numbers after the division or composition of lots without making it necessary to retrieve any lot number before the division or composition of the lots. SOLUTION: Lot numbers are divided into an original part which is invariable before and after the division or composition of lots and a dividing/compositing part which is variable before and after the division or composition of lots, and new lot numbers are generated by the original part and the dividing/ compositing part at dividing or compositing lots. Also, the lot numbers are made correspond to the signboard ID of a production instruction plate so that the history of the lot states made correspond to the signboard ID can be stored, and that the history of the lot states can be retrieved by using the signboard ID. Moreover, the central part of a circular production instruction plate 161 is attached with a two-dimensional code, and it is placed on a shooter 168 so that the production results can be automatically read at the fixed position.</p> |
