<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system, which can easily create screens of purchase application reception and questionnaire displayed with items desired by every company and notify companies of information inputted by users on the screens. SOLUTION: The method and system according to this invention has a definition information collecting step of receiving definition information on question item names, and, if required, their reply forms and choices requested by a client, and a screen creating step of creating a user input screen displayed with proper question items and their answer columns based on the definition information. In addition, the method and system also has a data accumulation step of opening a user input screen on the Internet and receiving information inputted on the user input screen to store it in a database, and a data providing step of transmitting part or whole information accumulated in the database to a client terminal. At the screen creating step, based on the definition information acquired from the client, a user input screen is created by editing description data of screen information, which is prepared in advance with elements to be displayed on the user input screen.</p> |
