PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting receiver with which the same program can be received without changing preset registered contents even when a channel number is changed at the side of a broadcasting station. SOLUTION: In long-time pressing with which a preset key is pressed continuously longer than prescribed time, a program ID peculiar for a program under receiving at present is registered in a preset memory corresponding to the number of the preset key under pressing. In ordinary pressing with which the preset key is pressed shorter than prescribed time, the program ID corresponding to the pressed preset key is read out of the preset memory. The read number ID is sent to a decoder part and the decoder part starts an operation for receiving the program corresponding to the received program ID.
