PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein a waterproof property of a waterproof structure is damaged and an electronic appliance housed inside is adversely affected when water content reaches a groove for waterproof packing of a lower case, because the water content reaches the entire clearance by a capillary tube phenomenon once the water content infiltrates, it hardly dries and it is accumulated in the entire clearance over a long period of time, though the water content such as rainwater does not easily infiltrate since the part of the clearance of an upper case and the lower case is extremely narrow in a conventional waterproof structure. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure of equipment installed outdoors is turned to a double waterproof structure composed of a first waterproof part and a second waterproof part at the time of fitting the upper case and the lower case, and a prescribed space composed of the upper case and the lower case is formed between the first waterproof part and the second waterproof part.
