PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the function of an air bent hole installed in a three layer membrane mounted on a notebook keyboard of a water proof type. SOLUTION: A pattern 38 is printed on the lower surface of an upper membrane 31 and the upper surface of a lower membrane 29 in the peripheral part of the air vent hole 35 formed in a membrane sheet 27 of a keyboard 24 to prevent adhesion between the upper and the lower membranes 31, 29 and a spacer 30, and the suction and exhaust of air between a movable contact 33 and a fixed contact 32 are effectively conducted.
