PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uncomfortable feeling by the smoke and ash of cigarette when smoking is made immediately after stepping on. SOLUTION: When a smoking is detected by a detection means 61 under the condition that a warm-up control is performed, the blowing rate of air conditioning air is increased more than when smoking is not performed to create a proper air flow so as to exhaust the smoke of the cigarette to the outside of a cabin. When a smoking is detected by the detection means 61 under the condition that a cool down control is performed, the blowing rate of air conditioning air is decreased less than when the smoking is not performed to prevent the ash of the cigarette from being dispersed.
