PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off member capable of easily carrying out a cut-off treatment process of a joint part between an exterior wall and the upper part of a projected wall mounted on the exterior wall surface of the exterior wall at approximately right angles to the exterior wall, a cut-off structure making use thereof and a mounting method of a cut-off plate. SOLUTION: Two of the cut-off plate equipped with a first plate-like cut-off piece 32 having an approximately L-shaped notch section 31 in a corner section and second and third plate-like cut-off pieces 33 and 34 erected so as to make at approximately right angles to the first cut-off piece 32 respectively from two side sections 31a and 31b of the approximately L-shaped notch section 31 of the first cut-off piece 32 and, at the same time, connected at approximately right angles to each other are used to cover the joint part between the upper end face 2a of the upper part of the projected wall 2 connected by projecting from halfway in the vertical direction of the exterior wall 1 into the exterior wall surface 1a of the exterior wall 1 so as to make at approximately right angles to the exterior wall 1 and both sides 2b and 2c and the upper end face 2a and the exterior wall surface 1a of the exterior wall 1 adjacent to both sides 2b and 2c.
