PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side wall plate for a road, whose excellent antifouling property is particularly maintainable for a long time. SOLUTION: This side wall plate for the road is constituted by making a base plate coated with a paint which contains a siloxane compound having an alkoxy group. A methoxy group, an ethoxy group, a butoxy group and the like serve as the alkoxy group belonging to the siloxane compound. In addition, the paint can contain additives such as an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, a thermal polymerization inhibitor, a coloring agent, a leveling agent and a surface active agent, if necessary.
