<p>The invention concerns methods and technical devices for cooling a fluid flow, based on the use of evaporation cooling (for example, cooling tower), enabling to produce directly cold water having sufficiently low flow temperatures for cooling battery systems of all types for cooling parts. That application is up till now limited to the range of states of outside air defined by the design temperature measured with a wet thermometer. The present invention enables to significantly broaden the range of the states of outside air within which cold water having a flow temperature sufficiently low can be produced. Depending on the operating mode and the required cooling power, it is even possible to eliminate completely the use of a refrigerating machine.</p> |
