PURPOSE: A thrust roller bearing is provided to reduce differential slip, to reduce friction and wear, and to increase durability. CONSTITUTION: A thrust roller bearing comprises at least two radially arranged rows of rollers and a cage holding the rollers. At least one of the rollers is formed with a crown(25). A radially outer row has less crowned rollers than a radially innermost row. At least one row radially outer than a radially innermost row is formed of straight rollers. At least one row radially outer than a radially innermost row is formed of rollers larger in length than the radially innermost row. The roller has at least one end surface spherically shaped. |
