PURPOSE: Provided is a foam type middle strength mastic sealer composition, which is excellent in appearance of parts, shear adhesive strength, hardness, and space filling rate after coating. CONSTITUTION: The foam type middle strength mastic sealer composition contains: 15-20wt% of styrene-butadiene rubber; 5-11wt% of a synthetic resin comprising polyvinyl chloride resin(PVC), epoxy resin, and acryl resin in the weight ratio of 3-5:1-3:1-3; 3-5wt% of modified azodicarbonamide as a foaming agent; 20-40wt% of a filler; 30-35wt% of a plasticizer; 2-5wt% of sulfur; 2-5wt% of at least one additive selected from a vulcanizing accelerator, a moisture absorbing agent, a heat stabilizer, and a toner. |
