The method involves determining the dew point temperature on the basis of the wall surface temperature, room air humidity and room air temperature using a microprocessor (4) and if the temperature at a wall surface is below the dew point temperature activating forced ventilation of the condensation-endangered internal wall surface. AN Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing the inventive method.
