PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device, and an apparatus and a method for driving the same are provided to minimize crosstalk by excessively charging storage capacitor to compensate insufficiency of a charging rate due to distortion of common electrode voltage. CONSTITUTION: A driving voltage generating part(100) outputs common electrode voltage which becomes a reference of data voltage difference in a liquid crystal panel(400) to a distortion sensing part(200), an offset voltage generating part(300), and the liquid crystal panel. The distortion sensing part receives the common electrode voltage for sensing the degree of distortion of the common electrode voltage and providing common electrode distortion voltage to the liquid crystal panel. The offset voltage generating part receives the common electrode voltage and the common electrode distortion voltage for providing offset voltage to the liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of pixels realized in a matrix type and receives common electrode voltage and the offset voltage for displaying pictures of good quality.
