UNDERGROUND EXCAVATION METHOD BY TRUSS-TYPE SUPPORT STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An underground excavation method by a truss-type support structure is provided to secure the stability of a temporary structure and to improve constructability and workability. CONSTITUTION: The underground excavation method by a truss-type support structure comprises the steps of: excavating the ground for constructing an underground concrete structure, blanking several H-beams(301) at regular intervals to install a retaining wall, then installing a wale(302) on the H-beam(301); interposing a lagging in the H-beam(301), then installing a main member(304) for forming a truss-type support structure; and installing a bracing(305) and a vertical member(306) between the wale(302) and the main member(304) to complete a truss-type support structure.
