<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for mounting a fixing band, which passes along the outer periphery of a pipe member and is wound around the pipe, even if a depth of drilling is set up to the top part of a pipe to minimize the drilling volume, and a sheathing work is restrained small. SOLUTION: This device comprises: a water feeding and sediment discharging pipe 11 in which one of passages that are separated in a pipe axial direction is formed for supplying pressure water, and the other passage is formed for discharging sediment, and which is equipped with magnets attracted on the outer peripheral face of the existing pipe in a longitudinal direction; a pipe inserting device 12, which transfers the water feeding and sediment discharging pipe from the top part of the existing pipe toward the ground or reciprocates the pipe for rewinding; a pressure feeding pump 15, which feeds pressure water to one of the passages of the water feeding and sediment discharging pipe transferred from the inserting device; and an auxiliary sediment discharging device 16, which forcedly sucks and discharges sediment-containing water that flows from the other passage of the pipe into said passage.</p> |
