PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device for a spectroscopic analyzer capable of efficiently creating a calibration formula, and preventing the disadvantage of the lowering of the reliability on the calibration formula. SOLUTION: This data processing device comprises a first operation processing means 200 for obtaining a secondary differential spectrum data by secondarily differentiating the spectroscopic spectrum data on plural measured matters measured by the spectroscopic analyzer, a second operation processing means 201 for obtaining the redifferential spectrum data by further primarily differentiating the secondary differential spectrum data, an extraction processing means 202 for extracting the heterogeneous data by comparing the redifferentiated spectrum data, and a data specifying means 203 for specifying the remaining group of spectroscopic spectrum data after the elimination of the homogeneous data from the group of the spectroscopic spectrum data on plural measured materials, as the data for creating the calibration formula.
