PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive rolling bearing and pulser ring that can accurately detect a magnetic signal without severely controlling a pitch between detecting parts along a circumference surface. SOLUTION: The S and N magnetic poles 21, 22 of a pulser ring 2 are formed diagonally to a rotation axis J and a right-angled direction on this rolling bearing. Therefore detection parts 11A, 12A can output signals having different phases can be outputted by shifting the positions of two parts 11, 12 in an axis direction. The phase difference of magnetic signals can be set independently of the outer diameter dimension of the pulser ring 2 only with a distance Pc in an axial direction between the detection parts 11A, 12A of the two parts 11, 12 and the pitch P of the magnetic poles 21, 22.
