PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a brake shoe which surely prevents a relative rotation of joined surface between one side end in two pieces of shoe webs arranged in parallel taking a space and a cylindrical anchor boss made to be a rotating shaft. SOLUTION: Joined surfaces between two pieces of shoe webs 12, 12 and an anchor boss 14 are formed in a non-circular arc shape so as to fit projections 14b, 14b of an anchor boss 14 to recessed grooves 12c, 12c of the shoe webs, for example.
