摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing functional boiled fish paste, particularly by using chitosan, Artemisia Messerschmidtiana Besser, ginseng, pine needles, seeds of Carthamus tinctorius and Cordycops Militaris. The functional boiled fish paste provides functionality to increase human health. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing functional boiled fish paste is characterized by mixing 50-80% of boiled fish paste, 10-20% of starch, 5-10% of seaweed, carrot and vegetables, 3-12% of functional foods(chitosan, Artemisia Messerschmidtiana Besser, ginseng, pine needles, seeds of Carthamus tinctorius and Cordycops Militaris, etc.), 1-10% of glutinous rice, and 0.5-1.5% of dietary slat; and deep-frying the mixture at 160-200 deg.C.
