The device has a number of AND gates (2-5) combined with each other via address conducting tracks (6,7), whereby each AND gate consists of a magneto-resistive layer system. The address conductor tracks are arranged next to the AND gates and in loop form to produce magnetic fields for switching the magnet-resistive layer system by feeding current along an address conductor track.
