PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation which comprises a stable extract obtained from a plant of the genus Elaeocarpus and having excellent active oxygen scavenging actions, hyaluronidase inhibitory, elastase inhibitory, collagenase inhibitory and tyrosinase inhibitory actions and further exhibits high safety and excellent antiaging and bleaching actions. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation comprises the extract from the plant of the genus Elaeocarpus such as Elaeocarpus sphaericus, Elaeocarpus serratus or Elaeocarpus floribundus. |
