PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner panel on the indoor side with a cam mechanism operated when window glass descends from a prescribed position. SOLUTION: A link mechanism for supporting and lifting the window glass is mounted to the inner panel on the outdoor side, and a driving shaft rotated by a driving device to drive the link mechanism is rotatably supported to the inner panel. A cam member is fixed to the indoor side end part of the driving shaft, and a cam follower abutting on a cam part of the cam member is movably supported to the inner panel. One end of the cam follower is connected to a stopper mounted to the inner panel, by a cable. When the window glass descends from a prescribed position, the stopper projects and abuts on a stop member provided at a body.
