PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust guide of a cooker mountable on an exhaust gas outlet of a baking chamber from the outside and capable of guiding exhaust gas to avoid an obstacle from the exhaust gas outlet. SOLUTION: The shape of a lower end opening is bigger than that of the exhaust outlet 62 of the baking chamber 60 in a built-in cooker 54 and the position of the outlet 62 is changed on a top plate by mounting a cylindrical exhaust guide 64 on the outlet 62 from the outside. With this method, it is unnecessary to change the positions of inner members in the cooker to adjust the direction of exhaust in the baking chamber and the direction of the exhaust can be easily changed on the top plate. With this mechanism, the exhaust in the baking chamber is controlled to avoid an obstacle corresponding to the conditions of an installation site, and the cooker is safely used by suppressing a failure caused by the heat of the exhaust.
