PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall off preventing or fastening screw having elasticity. SOLUTION: This screw is formed of a male screw 1 formed by arranging a coil 3 in a shaft part 11 and fixing any one of a tip, an intermediate part and a rear end of the coil 3 to the shaft part 11 to form a fixation part 31 and leaving the residual parts unfixed to form a free part 32, and a female screw 2 formed by arranging a coil 3 having the nearly same diameter with the coil 3 of the male screw 1 in a recessed part 21 and fixing any one of a tip, an intermediate part and a rear end of the coil 3 to the recessed part 21 and leaving the residual parts unfixed to form a free part 32.
