PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing ratio controller of a soil improving machine, a sediment supply measuring device for use in the same, and a self-propelled soil improving machine, which can produce high-quality improved soil by more accurately measuring sediment supply so as to control a ratio of mixing with a soil improving material. SOLUTION: In the mixing ratio controller of the soil improving machine, the received sediment is mixed with the soil improving material so as to be improved; the sediment, which is conveyed by a carrier conveyor 13, is pressurized by a pressure roller 20B; the height of the sediment, which is pressurized by the pressure roller 20B, is detected by a height detecting means 22 so that the volume of the conveyed sediment can be calculated according to a result of calculation; and soil improving material supply is controlled according to the result of the calculation, so that the ratio of the mixing of the sediment with soil improving material can be controlled.
