PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, and to extremely reduce an opening between a repair surface and an FRP board 1. SOLUTION: The FRP boards 1 are lined on the internal surface of an existing water way S through spacers 2. The spacer 2 is composed of a rubber cylindrical body and a puttylike adhesive in the cylindrical body, and the adhesive is projected by pushing the FRP board 1 and bonded with the internal surface of the water way and the FRP board 1 and the internal surface and the board 1 are fixed. The irregularities of the internal surface are absorbed by the elasticity of the cylindrical body in this case, and the FRP board 1 can be lined without stepped sections. Since bonding has excellent workability and the minimum spacer may be used, the opening between the repair surface and the FRP board 1 can be inhibited minimally, and the decrease of the area of flowing water is also reduced. When mortar is placed, the FRP board 1 is fixed by anchors 3. The anchors with mortar M are installed to the rear of the FRP board 1.
