PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting driving structure which (1) can be installed even in a narrow space, (2) gives a long life of a belt, and (3) does not require oiling. SOLUTION: In the rotation transmitting driving structure, a driven shaft 2 is arranged in such a state that it is twisted by 90 deg.±60 deg. with respect to a drive shaft 1, and a toothed belt 5 is arranged under tension on driving and driven toothed pulleys 3, 4 fixed to the respective shafts 1, 2. The toothed belt 5 has straight teeth, and both of the driving and driven toothed pulleys 3, 4 have helical teeth having the hellical angle of the same direction.
