PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluoroplastic powder coating material composition which can form a coating film that is excellent in antistaticity, coating workability, contamination resistance, resistance to dust adhesion, weather resistance and lustering. SOLUTION: This fluoroplastic powder coating material composition comprises (A) a fluoroplastic and (B) an antistatic agent comprising an organic hydrophilic compound, wherein the organic hydrophilic compound has a SP value of more than 22.6 (J/m<3> )<1/2>×10<-3> and contains a hydroxy group. Preferably, (A) the fluoroplastic is a thermosetting fluoroplastic comprising a reactive fluorine-containing copolymer and a curing agent, wherein the reactive fluorine- containing copolymer has a fluoroolefin unit and a crosslinkable reactive group, the curing agent reacting with the crosslinkable reactive group to form a crosslinkage. A coated product comprises a coating film formed from the fluoroplastic powder coating material composition.
